Hexom Earth Construction has a comprehensive safety program to ensure the health and safety of our employees and to avoid the costs associated with safety failures.
Some of the key components of our safety program include:
- Monthly company safety meetings
- Weekly toolbox meetings
- Eight hour general safety class at the college for all new hires
- Daily Job Safety Analysis reports on specific projects
